Imperial underpinning is the best of the best, I contacted them to lower the basement in an investment property we own in midtown Toronto and was extremely pleased with their work. So much so, that I have referred them multiple times already and will be using them on another property we just recently purchased!!! Andres and his team were professional, punctual, and performed their duties in an efficient and timely manner, I have before and would definitely recommend them again, keep up the good work guys!!!

We hired them to waterproof a new construction basement wall. Andres was very professional and he got me out of a tight bind when my previously hired waterproofing company fell through and I needed same day service. He has a crew of hard working young men.
