Hoya Casa Furniture

Do not buy anything custom from this store, for the money you pay its not worth it. Since purchasing Ive seen better options and much better quality and readily available.
I ordered 6 dining chairs which took 4 months and 3 of the 6 were defective, i requested to have the 3 replaced, which they said would not be a problem however these replacements havent shown up. Its been over two months only response is its held in customs, no updates Im the one emailing, calling zero communication from these people. There are better alternatives please do your research before giving your money to these people. I regret it. They act all friendly and helpful but in the end they are useless and the manager is never around shes always on business trips. So they say

They carry very high quality furniture at affordable cost. The design is at the top. Hoya team went to my house and help me to design and select the furniture. I would recommend to any one else whose looking for quality furniture.

PS. The delivery team strictly followed Covid precautions. They removed all of the packaging materials and sanitize the area
