Michael was recommended by a neighbor. I met him twice before moving forward with the work to replace old water heater and boiler with a combi system. I paid the deposit back in November 2023 and scheduled the work for early December 2023. Michael made a bunch of excuses to delay the work, and now has stopped responding to calls and texts. I know he has good reviews on here, and he does appear to one of the good ones when you talk to him but just be careful. When I stopped by the address listed online for his business, the guy currently living there said Michael moved out a while ago and he has had other people show up looking for him with stories similar to mine. I have filed a fraud case against him with police and waiting to see where that goes. I'm just hoping to get my deposit back at this point.
I am not sure if Michael is going through something right now, or has always been this way, but I do hope he gets the help he needs to turn things around.

Michael was great, and knowledgeable. In floor heating is one of the best things we did in our house.

Mike and his crew we're amazing they came out and made an impossible job seems so possible. They installed the floors had the cement board and the boiler prepped ready seemlessly. Great job from a great bunch of guys, professional and courteous and on budget.

Mike guided my mechanical engineer . Heated the first floor, second floor and basement slab in my house with in floor heated . Ran ducting for Ac , installed towel warmers etc . Built a very nice mechanical room . Hes doing two other houses for me . Warm floors thats for sure !

Micheal is a hardworking and honest fellow. Ive seen Im him in action many times and he is a smart dedicated operator who anyone would be lucky to have work for them.

I have used Radiant ready for my own household. They replaced/fixed my furnace and boiler. As well, I buy and flip houses and we have used Radiant Ready to install in-floor heating throughout the homes. They are reliable, efficient, clean, organized and friendly.

The guys at Radiant Ready converted my whole house to add hydronics! I was re doing all my floors and considered getting heated floors. Mike came by and assured me I would never regret it and worked hard with the team to make sure all the heights were just perfect! Highly recommend great guys to work with.

Showed up as required, fixed the boiler as required. Job well done. They know their boulers.
