AJM Renovations

AJM recently finished our basement and added a new bedroom with an egress window. We are very happy with how it turned out and that it was completed on time, and with no hidden costs or surprises.

Exterior caulking on all windows has been replaced with skill. They even were happy to put aside a few minutes to allow my goofy dog to greet them so that he wouldn't drive me nuts haha.

I had a very positive experience working with Antoni and AJM Renovations recently for the installation of soffit vents. While this was only a small job, Antoni was very responsive, thorough and professional right from my first phone call. He and his team did a great job and I am very pleased with their work. I highly recommend AJM Renovations.

Setting up our much needed roofing job was simple with AJM. Terry was always accessible and able to answer any questions that we had. When visiting to sign off on the project, he took the time to ensure that we understood everything.

Aside from hiccups because of weather, the job went off without a hitch. The AJM team was efficient and polite. We're thrilled with how the work turned out and knowing that we have peace of mind because all of AJM's work is warrantied. Looking forward to future projects with this team.

AJM Renovations just completed a whole home renovation for us and we are extremely happy with the result.

Terry told us it would take 8-10 weeks and they finished within that time frame.

New insulation and new vinyl siding AJM was able to find a siding that matches my garage perfectly. Terry was very helpful, taking the time to work with me and give me lots of options, AJM was a pleasure to work with and did a great job on my siding. Next spring, I am having them install my new windows and sliding doors. Would recommend this company.

Had AJM come to install a simple walkways and underground downspout.

Many things came up from the original plan that the team had to work around...
-Town provided person who marks underground lines was about 5ft from the actual cables
-Bell Fibe line poorly installed completely in the way
-Driveway was poured extremely poorly so it was crooked and not graded correctly.

They conquered it all, grinding out the entire day to work around each hurdle, and at each hurdle contacting me to let me know what was going on.

We had plenty of family and friends recommend a "guy" who would do it and counted our lucky stars we were referred to AJM as those other options would 110% not been equipped to handle the unforeseen hurdles.

Amazing quality of work with the professionalism to go with it, highly recommend and already working to get other interior projects setup with AJM.

Antoni, Calvin, Nate and Terry are absolutely incredible !! I met these guys and knew right away that this was the team I wanted to remodel my home. I had a vision of what I wanted to do and these guys helped me along the way to fully exceed my goal !! Courteous , punctual, extremely hardworking and very talented men are just a few words to describe these guys.
My house was built around 1942 and needed a renovation in a big way to say the least !! Kitchen, bathroom, floor ing, and lighting were the highlights of this beautiful job they did. I cant express enough how happy I am with these men and the hard work and dedication they put in.
Would I recommend AJM Renovations 100% without hesitation !! These guys are so polite and easy to work with that it made my job so much more less stressful.

We had a vision of what we wanted our main floor, with a added powder room and new kitchen to look like, and when we finally decided to go ahead with it, it was a nightmare. Every contractor had there own idea and no one was listening to us. Then our wonderful cabinet company, (Canadian Cabinetry and Countertops) recommended AJM. From our first meeting with Terry we new this was the company we wanted to deal with. He was very professional but not so much so that you felt you couldn't talk to him. He took our vision and budget and came back to us with a contract that was on point for everyone involved. Toni, Calvin and Nate started the job sooner than we thought and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and all out wants were met. They were completely honest and forthcoming and there were no surprises at the end of the job. It was a pleasure working with them all and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for renovations to be done, thanks guys we love our new space, you did a fantastic job and we are thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Antonio and his crew did an a1 job on our basement reno. The floor was tricky .extremely variegated slate with marble perimeter. (They were different thickness)
Yes we loved their work . They are coming back to do our laundry room.
