I'm absolutely thrilled with the renovation work done by BellaHouse, owned by Berry, in my basement! Berry and his team replaced the carpet, installed new trimmings, painted the entire space, and even built a beautiful wet bar a fantastic addition that's perfect for entertaining.

What impressed me most was the team's professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to work with me to bring my vision to life. Berry provided clear estimates, listened to my concerns, and offered solutions that fit my budget.

The project was completed on time and within budget, which was a huge relief. Berry at Bellahouse did a fabulous job on our condo renovation. He painted, fixed and patched walls, installed new flooring, new baseboards, and did a bunch of other fixes. He was on budget and on time, and the quality of work was exceptional. Extremely impressed with his professionalism and hard work.

Nice guy and installation was completed on time. I am incredibly disappointed by how sloppy and unprofessional the finishing was. Another contractor informed me it would take 3 additional visits to complete the closet openings (unfinished- see photos), and fix all of the errors left behind (Also see photos taken the day he reported the job as finished) so Ive spent over 3 full days sanding down, refilling nail holes, and repainting all of the baseboards and walls due to how poorly it was completed. He gave a few hundred dollar discount due to the dissatisfaction however look elsewhere for a professionally completed finished product. See photos of just a few examples to prove just how poorly the job was completed

Barry did a great job at installing baseboards and door casings. He was friendly and very communicative, and his prices were fair. I will use him in the future and recommend to others.
