Sebastian delivers exactly what he promises to do, no time, on budget and then some. Totally understands the meaning of customer service, under promises and over delivers on the final product. Polite, efficient and timely.
The quality of sod installed was 10/10 and one month later, is the VERY BEST lawn and boulevard on the street. Numerous neighbors have commented on the end result, ranging from "great job", "House frontage looks awesome" to "totally Amazing".

Sebastien and his team did a great job and the lawn looks great. The only downside was they were not able to take away all the bags of dirt and old lawn and asked if I could take care of them. They were very heavy and I knew the city would not take them as-is so I had to redistribute them into more bags. Still did not think the city would take them as they were still heavy but they did.

So make sure you agree early that all old sod/dirt will be taken away. If he had done that, I would have given him 10 stars.

Great experience working with Sebastian, amazing communication, attention to detail and quick work. Highly recommend! I will be hiring him for further projects.

Amazing sod replacement and landscaping operation. A beautiful plant design to bring the whole design together. High quality grass, aeration, and levelling with topsoil. Overall, a really good job and would recommend 10/10.
