They were on-time (in fact they were slightly early), explained everything in detail, spent as much time as I needed to understand what was happening, what I should do in various circumstances, what to look for etc.
They then walked me through when to call, under which conditions, etc. so that I felt completely comfortable with both the process and potential next steps.
They walked me around the outside of my house and showed me where the pests could be getting in and then explained how to "fix" the issues there simply and easily.
They took extra time to ensure that my dog was safe too. And when they left they gave me some extra traps along with a tutorial on how to use them and not get my fingers broken.
Highly, highly recommended.
