Decks review in

We had submitted a request to have the deck boards and railing removed and replaced. Our old deck was really nasty.
Sean was the only contractor who actually came to our house to look at the project. All the other quotes were solely based on pictures so we chose to go with them. We are very happy with the end result. They built a lifting door on the far end so we were able to retain the storage under the deck which is so important for us as we have a small home and storage is at such a premium. They even added a latch so we can lock it when we're away on holidays.
I have attached pictures of the old deck in the middle of demolition and the final product.
