Great Dryer Vent Services

Our professional was amazing! He kept the work area clean. He provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, answered all questions that I had and what to I should expect. He was also very mindful of my escape artist of a cat when he was entering and exiting my home. I highly recommend dryer vent wizard to anyone who wishes to have their dryer vents done.

Dryer vent service

Excellent service. We had no airflow from our dryer vent, causing a burning scent and our clothes were not drying. Harrison went through the possible causes and gave us an estimate before starting the job. Harrison showed us the quantity of lint and buildup in the vent He took the time to ensure all the buildup was removed for proper air flow. He is was friendly and very informative. We will be contacting Dryer Vent Wizard for annual service. We highly recommend them.

Dryer Vent Problem

After requesting a quote, I received a call back pretty quickly. The person who called was able to schedule a tech for a time frame that worked well for me. I think he was the dispatcher. I requested a call when the tech was on his way, which I received, so that helped me time when to arrive at the condo. He showed up and got right to work bringing everything he needed inside. He was friendly enough, and efficient. The quality was good and he did take some time, but that was expected since I have no knowledge of the dryer vents ever being cleaned or repaired. The price was less than I expected. They were a good company to work with, and they made everything easy, so I'd use them again.

Excellent Service

I am a property manager of several multi-residential apartment buildings with common laundry rooms.
I have been searching for a reliable dryer vent cleaning service for a while to no avail and am so happy and relieved to have finally found and used the services of DRYER VENT WIZARD OF EAST YORK AND THE BEACHES!
Vik came to each of the buildings to assess the cleaning requirements accurately, suggested reasonable improvements and sent me a quote with a follow up call I
in a timely manner.
The two technicians Harrison and Quintin arrived on time with the proper equipment for each building and performed all the work required efficiently. They were also very helpful with their explanations of their findings while dismantling and cleaning out the lower dryer cabinets.
They almost look new now. Their function is vastly improved now also because of replacing all the vent transition ducts to the proper size and composition.
Use this company to ensure that your dryer is safe to use by having the buildup of lint cleaned out thoroughly from your appliance and the ductwork- you will pat yourself on the back for avoiding a potential fire hazard in your home!

Dryer Vent Services Needed

Excellent service! My dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in 11 years and I was amazed at the amount of "stuff" that came out. The technicians who arrived were on time, professional, and went right to work. I needed a new dryer vent tube, dryer cabinet cleaned and a couple other logical things done. They explained the cost before starting any work and explained their process. They were done in under a couple hours. We do have a big tricky stacked washer and dryer they needed to work with. When all was says and done they cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and highly recommend.
