After requesting a quote, I received a call back pretty quickly. The person who called was able to schedule a tech for a time frame that worked well for me. I think he was the dispatcher. I requested a call when the tech was on his way, which I received, so that helped me time when to arrive at the condo. He showed up and got right to work bringing everything he needed inside. He was friendly enough, and efficient. The quality was good and he did take some time, but that was expected since I have no knowledge of the dryer vents ever being cleaned or repaired. The price was less than I expected. They were a good company to work with, and they made everything easy, so I'd use them again.
