Dryer Vent Wizard of East York and The Beaches

I contacted Vik to get help with installing a dryer vent cover on the second level of our home that would keep squirrels/birds out. Vik was very detailed and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. He even sent me a picture of the vent cover they promote which has a dual door system that keeps the critters out. An appointment was booked quickly and Quentin showed up on time. He inspected the cover outside as well as the dryer vent inside. He made a couple other service recommendations that I kindly declined. Quentin was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all which was greatly appreciated. He once again verified the price of the service before he started and there were no surprises; quote was same as I received over the phone. Quentin used his own ladder and removed what was left of my old vent cover and installed the new one in less than 20 minutes. Very clean job and he also cleaned up any mess. Excellent service over the phone with Vik and even better experiences with Quentin. A great team that I highly recommend. Very good pricing as well; I called 2-3 other places for quotes.
