I contracted this company to remediate a mold issue in a small bathroom. I though the quote was expensive but expected quailty work.

The person doing the work was personable.

Paint on the ceiling was peeling and cracked and the peeled paint was not removed in order to clean inside. This was left as-is by the company even after conversations about it.

I reached out to Mark of Simon Air Quality after I had tested by basement (where my office is located) for Radon. Radon levels were recorded over 200, which by Health Canada standards, requires a Radon Mitigation System. Mark was able to come quickly and evaluate our home for a suitable location to install the system. The next day, I had a quote for installation. Marc came to install the system as scheduled. He, and the other installer (Yves) did a great job. Took them about 3 or 4 hours total. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving, and Radon levels have been dropping steadily since. I've gone from a reading of 200, to an average of 3-4. Very happy with the outcome.

After receiving a flyer in my mailbox from Health Canada explaining the health risks of Radon, I ordered a 3 month test kit from Radonova. The test results came back showing levels above 400 Bq/m3. Yikes! After researching local companies, and methods of mitigation I contacted Simon Air Quality and hired them to complete the job.
