I used Kazcon for a fence repair. A portion of my fence was blown over due to the windstorm. I was quoted $1000 to replace two posts, and to reattach an already existing portion of the fence that blew over. They were also going to secure another area of the fence that had come loose, just with some screws. I pre-paid $500 when they arrived because they asked for half the payment up front. I only ended up needing one of the two posts and was still billed the same amount of $1000 (not sure why). But I didn't make an issue as that was the agreed upon price. They dug up the existing cement, left it on the lawn and then left without saying anything. No communication on when they were coming back or what the plan was moving forward. I left a message and was told they were coming back the next day to finish. The next day no one showed up. It took several days and multiple phone calls to get the job finished. The job was poorly done, there are still gaps in the fence. The post I did pay for had cracks in it. And they left a mound of cement on the lawn because they apparently could not take it. They did offer to return to dispose of it after I called, but it was an additional cost on top of the $1000 I paid. But again I was left waiting for a call back to advise when they could come and how much extra it would be. So I just removed it myself. And they never secured the other area of the fence. Again several messages about when they were coming back... and nothing. I just ended up having to buy some materials and doing that myself as well. I agreed to $1000 expecting professionalism, quality work and honesty. They lacked all three. I'm very reasonable and understand the demands of construction companies. But they took a deposit right off the bat, were dismissive of when they would return to finish, did a poor job, left a huge mess and never returned to finish. For $1000 to reattach an existing fence... I expected more. Even an honest we're busy or we just can't finish right now would have been appreciated. Maybe a bad/busy month for them? I don't know....but I would not recommend to anyone.

In terms of payment, it was mentioned at the beginning that our minimum job price is $1000, which is why if you went with 1 or 2 posts the price would've been the same regardless.
In terms of removal & disposal, it was never mentioned in the agreement estimate. The concrete we pulled out was a 24" sonotube filled with cement, we would never even offer to get rid of that for you but we still gave you an option if need be.
When using old material (preexisting panels) there isn't much customization that we can use, our only option is to reattach with screws or build you 2 new panels, so our options were limited in making old panels look perfect.
