I had the pleasure of working with Pro Life Renovations on a previous project. We called them again and they sent Kevin to come do the job again. From the quote to the completion there was not a single hick-up.

They were on time, and organized and very professional. Kevin was communicative, he always kept in touch and paid attention to detail. He did a clean job and even came back to do a touch up. I appreciated how organized this team was, it made the job very fast with no issues.
I was more than satisfied and will definitely be working with this company again on future products.

I hired Kevin for a condo suite restoration.

The scope of work included drywalling, mudding, taping and painting the suite, and then cutting and installing baseboards, casings and four doors.

The drywalling, mudding, tapping and painting were clumsy and sloppy. Ive included images of taping to the ceiling which ruined to Stucco, and drywall around an outlet which left lots of gaps.

Kevin contracted out the cutting and installing of baseboards, casings and four doors to carpenters. The carpenters did not purchase the materials I had requested, instead the purchased inferior and used materials, and their work was inexperienced and unskilled. The carpenters poorly measured and cut everything, and everything was held in place with glue and caulking. The carpenters also went through my personal belongings, and moved some of my personal belongings onto the balcony in winter which damaged it.

The project was supposed to take two weeks, but instead it ran for four months. I paid 3/4 of the agreed to amount, and there was still a substantial amount of work to. I had to hire a contractor to redo the majority of the work, and I regretted hiring Pro Life Renovations in the first place.

This company is very professional, punctual, they delivers quality, value and immaculate customer service. Pro life ensured work was adequately done with efficiency. They were also very flexible for mutual convenience. Pro life was very professional and organized. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be recommending them.

This team is amazing. The work was incredibly well done and the service levels were impeccable. My home is 140 years old and many contractors have struggled with the work and the additional costs. Pro life handled everything with ease. This is the best contractor that I have used to date.

I first meet Kevin at the house to get an estimate. We arranged a start date and a few days later Kevin gave me a price which we found acceptable. We confirmed a week before the start date and Kevin also texted me the day before to once again confirm that we were a go. He arrived at the time he said he would and basically had the stipple removed that morning. He needed to do some taping and mudding which he did in the afternoon. He came back the next day to do the sanding and some additional mudding as required which he finished in the morning. He came back to finish the sanding in the afternoon and I have to say that I thought the ceilings looked great. We already had a painter in the house who primed and painted the ceiling the next day. The ceilings looked even better as per the after stipple removed pictures. I found Kevin to be very professional and he had all the right equipment to do a proper job. I have not problems in recommending Kevin and I would definitely refer him to any of my clients.

Agreed on a price with Kevin for taking out existing drywall and insulation, and installing new drywall and insulation. Deposit for half the job was paid. Kevin's team came for 1 week, tore out the drywall, then ghosted. Kevin consistently gave excuses, promised dates, never showed, then said he needed more money. And never came back. They left all the old insulation and most of the old drywall. Kevin is dishonest, untrustworthy, and has a poor understanding of trades, renovations, scheduling, and budgeting. He started the company because of the high demand for trades, but has no experience (his team confided in me after arguing with him on the last day). Avoid at all cost.

Kevin did an amazing job removing our stucco ceiling. He talked to us to make sure he understood what we were looking for and then delivered. He kept us up to date, was very responsive, transparent, and efficient. We're very happy with the result and highly recommend Kevin!
