I hired Kevin for a condo suite restoration.
The scope of work included drywalling, mudding, taping and painting the suite, and then cutting and installing baseboards, casings and four doors.
The drywalling, mudding, tapping and painting were clumsy and sloppy. Ive included images of taping to the ceiling which ruined to Stucco, and drywall around an outlet which left lots of gaps.
Kevin contracted out the cutting and installing of baseboards, casings and four doors to carpenters. The carpenters did not purchase the materials I had requested, instead the purchased inferior and used materials, and their work was inexperienced and unskilled. The carpenters poorly measured and cut everything, and everything was held in place with glue and caulking. The carpenters also went through my personal belongings, and moved some of my personal belongings onto the balcony in winter which damaged it.
The project was supposed to take two weeks, but instead it ran for four months. I paid 3/4 of the agreed to amount, and there was still a substantial amount of work to. I had to hire a contractor to redo the majority of the work, and I regretted hiring Pro Life Renovations in the first place.

We spoke to our employee Kevin. We were aware that our carpenter was unavailable and Kevin inform you the client. You(the client) were told to find another company to do the carpenter section which was remaining after the drywall and plastering and partial painting was done. You came in reviewed the work, approved and paid for that portion and then Persisted and insisted that Kevin find you a new carpenter due to the fact that our price was reasonably low. So Kevin being the customer pleasing nice employee that he is, said he will try his best but it might take some time, in which you insisted he takes all the time he needs because you are in no rush.
After a lengthen time frame Kevin found someone within your low budget who came in and done the work. Kevin did admit they did the work poorly and he himself decided to show you and told you to come take a look and judge for yourself. After reviewing you were not satisfied. Kevin then told you to keep the money that you would of pains for the job and find a Someone to complete it( which to be honest the job was 88 percent complete).
