Altima Homes helped us in turning our unfinished basement into a legal second dwelling unit. We can't THANK the team enough for doing such an amazing job. The whole team of Altima Homes is full of Professionalism, Dedication and Commitment. The first meeting was with Ashok ji who gave such a competitive and reasonable quote that we didn't find a need to negotiate for lower price. Ashok ji gave us the quote on Aug 22nd, 2020 and made some commitments. The project finished on Dec 22nd - in these four months the price didn't increase even with a penny. The team fulfilled ALL their commitments without any excuses of Covid/shortage of material/lockdowns. Abhay's Professionalism, Patience and Superb Customer Service is beyond words. In the period of 4 months, we didn't see him getting frustrated over anything at all! He is THE most humble and polite person we have ever met in our life. There were two times during this project that we changed our mind. Once the material was even delivered to our home from Brampton to Ajax and we changed our mind. Abhay politely said no problem - we will take the material back and return it. Second time he had ordered the service for the revised layout of our washroom and we changed our mind again. Same thing- he didn't argue at all. He politely said again - no problem, this is your project. We will do it the way you want it!!! We were so amazed by the service that Abhay, Ashok ji, Sagar, Parvinder and the rest of the team have provided to us. Sagar is another a very polite and respectful person. Ofcourse, it is a big project and concerns/questions do arise - but Abhay took time to explain the reasoning and logic behind the work done in a certain way. The final product turned out amazingly beautiful .The first person who came to see our basement is our tenant now. In his words - your basement looks like a cozy condo :) THANK you so much Altima Homes for such a pleasant and wonderful experience. Abhay and team took full responsibility of City Permits and Approvals as well. Since our inspector was little strict - Abhay had to send his team over probably about 5-6 times after the basement was done just to get the final approval. But again, he showed no signs of frustration there as well. Amazing human being!!! We definitely recommend Altima Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced contractor. We will definitely do more projects with them in near future. We wish them ALL THE BEST in their future projects.
