Integrated Movers Group

We originally contracted with Integrated Movers Group for a move in 2022. But they sold our contract to another moving company without consulting with us. The overall moving experience was horrible with Apollo.

We paid for a 3-person crew. Two crew members were useless and spoke no English. Only the crew lead driver was worth the money. The other two had horrible care and hygiene standards. Here is a sample of issues.

1) A futon mattress was placed naked without wrapping on the elevator floor.
2) Fragile furniture was placed unsecured in the moving truck. You will see floor lamps and a clothing rack placed all twisted.
3) The leather couch was scratched.
4) A child bunk bed was taken apart and put back together damaged.

For all the issues, we were offered a $100 credit.

We were very happy with our decision to hire Integrated Movers. The manager, Ryan, was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The 2 crew members, Kartic and Sabi arrived on time and were very polite and respectful. They worked together quickly and efficiently. Since everything was being moved into a storage locker, I asked for all the furniture to be shrink wrapped and they did exactly as I asked, making sure everything was protected. The move went smoothly without any problems. I would highly recommend Integrated Movers and would hire them again.

We had a move from Kitchener to Ottawa. They were dealing with different people on each end of the move and they were very professional and great to work with on our end none the less! Long day, but they unloaded as soon as they arrived even though it was late due to the distance. Despite the very long hours working, the guys were extremely energetic and lovely to chat and laugh with. When everything was unloaded, they were very willing to move around furniture to our liking. Would definitely recommend this company.

Victor and his team of 3 power lifters were awesome! They were responsive on call, arrived on time, handled and planned the task on sight and were flawless in moving botu the old washer/dryer pair out from the basement and the new pair in. These guys are my goto movers now. Give them a call when in need Well done!

I booked a move for June 30 but the movers didn't show up, I called many others movers but only Jesus and Mary movers accepted to help me on July 1st
The movers were punctual and very professional. I had a very good experience and I will recommended them to anyone.

I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could! Amazing service, movers were courteous and on time. And the final price was as per the original estimate, which is a rarity when it comes to long-distance moves such as mine!

Thanks again for the wonderful experience, will 100% use Integrated Movers the next time we have to schedule a move and will recommend to all my friends.

These guys are very professional, courteous. They wrapped all delicate furnitures. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend to all.

Courteous, great communication online on updates and timing, good price, amazing and kind movers themselves. This has to be one of my top 3 moves ever. Two the couches below. They put everywhere where we asked. We know time is money so had everything prepared and ready to go and be received but we changed our mind once or twice and no grumpincess just great care and customer service. Very strong moves too.

From beginning to end, this company delivered! Yes the pun was intentional.
From the initial email contact, I felt good about the interaction. A telephone conversation followed and then Victor came to my house in a timely manner to provide a free estimate and explained how the costs would apply. No hidden fees. No other company I researched offered this service. Following that, I confirmed my appointment scheduling and gave a deposit. Any questions I had prior to the move were answered with confidence. The 3 person crew on moving day was fantastic. Competent , polite and extremely careful in wrapping and transporting my belongings. Nothing was damaged. They even disposed of an old organ that was broken.
A huge thanks to Gurpreet, Khushpreet and Taranveer! I would highly recommend this company! Worth every Janet Y
