Maplevilles - Cabinetry & Millwork

I recently completed a bathroom renovation. The renovation was supposed to take a month but it ended up taking over four months - large part because Maplevilles took over four months to deliver a bathroom vanity that they initially committed to deliver in four weeks. Every aspect of client service delivered by Maplevilles was sorely lacking. They built drawer fronts and drawers that did not fit their own design, then they took two months to deliver new ones. Their finish did not remotely match the sample we approved. They consistently missed committed deadlines and their communication was atrocious. I was patient and consistent with my communication, but I would have to email, text and call multiple times to get a response. After the first set of wrongly dimensioned and wrongly finished drawer fronts and cupboards, I told them that I would finish them if they just gave me the ready-for-finish drawer fronts and cupboards and then install them after I had finished them. When I was trying to arrange the install they just stopped responding so I had to install them myself as well. The only saving grace was that I only paid them a 50% deposit but even that was too much for the service I received. I very strongly suggest you find yourself another cabinet maker and stay well clear of Maplevilles.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Repairs needed to be done after the install and they full our ignored me after they got their money. When I was finally able to get them to fix a door they kept the door for two months and again ignored my emails. I finally threatened to come down to the store to get it before I heard anything back. The installer Clay was very nice but Rob and Trina were terrible to work with. When I was e transferring the money they were very quick to respond but after that they acted totally unprofessional and gave me a lot of stress
