Manna's Renovations

Manna's Renovations has given us a brand new washroom. Balwinder and his team did an amazing job and we are very satisfied with the output. Balwinder was transparent from the get go, provided suggestions before and during the process, clearly spelled out the things to be done and stuck with the agreed schedule. He also helped put up a cabinet that we have separately ordered without additional charge. The quality of the work is very good. I would highly recommend Manna's Renovations.

We trusted Balwinder and Manna rennovations with our basement project. There are many things I can say that peobably wont fit this box . But here are a few points that make them exceptional in the GTA .

1. Transparsnt pricing. Everything was discussed prior . There were no hidden costs. The bill did not exceed the initial amount despite a few minor changes. Balwinder took the cost on himself. This shows that client satisfaction is their rop priority. Right from architect to permits to inspections everything was taken care of . The end to end process was seamless

2. Excellent building materials. By default u are given upgraded material. Many builders upcharge and cut corners . Balwinder loves his work. Makes sure it pleases his heart first . So quality comes first over cost.

3. Prompt finishing. There were no delays and in many situations he went above and beyond . Closely monitored every little finish. Him being a perfectionist only proves beneficial to us

4. Vendor manageement. He uses top of the line vendors. Frameless glassdors. Top notch potlights. Matching finishes such as washroom doors and handles with high grade matte finishes. And a fully tiled italian marble backspash were included.

5. Excellent design and aesthetic sense. Check out the pictures to understand what I mean

Without a doubt deserves eevry star there is to give . And beyond. Use him and u will be one happy customer. I will not be looking anywhere else for any construction projects

A BIG thank you to Balwinder and his entire team (Manna Renovation). I normally dont write reviews but their immaculate work shouldnt go unnoticed. Hence decided to write a few words as an expression to thank them. Finding a right reliable and committed contractor for such large project is always stressful. We as homeowners look for mainly Trust, cost effective, quality and timeline. For me Manna Renovation aced in all three areas. The photos are the evidence of superior quality and their passion in what they do every detailed was considered and the timeline to finish the project in time was taken into consideration. Balwinder is someone you can trust and leave all your worries on him. I promise he wont disappoint you. I also want to convey my special thanks to his son Manna, the team Harpal and Sahil and the entire crew. Harpal and Sahil are very hardworking and sincere team members Balwinder has. I also would like to highlight that my basement was done with City Permit legal code and compliance. I had zero clue of the entire process but Balwinder made sure I go through no stress so took the entire process in his safe hands. Pretty much starting from design, permit application, inspections and final registration certificate. I didnt have to do anything beside checking the status of each stage inspection online and made final call to city for my due diligence and provided them the ESA certificate. I can go on and on but I would let photos speak the rest. Thank you again Balwinder ! Super happy and super proud to shwo your work to my friends & family .

Our basement was nicely finished by Manna Renovations. I am satisfied with the work done. They accomodate small
changes even in the middle of the work. I ask them to install a floating console and shelf and they did it witout extra charge. They rectified and did touch-ups impecfections. The contractor is easy to deal with, listens and open to suggestions. If I have more projects in the future i will go with Manna Renivations again.

I wish, if there was a way to rate more than 5stars. Manna Renovations is a great company. Balvinder is a trustworthy, honest, professional and one the of the best & very knowledgeable person in whole GTA who can be trusted for your Legal Basement and any kind of home renovations requirement. He did an excellent job much before the time he promised. He has an eye for detail, great knowledge of interior design and architecture. He suggests you wonderful designs, modifications and solutions. He will save your big $$$$ and will still complete your job with luxurious quality. Unlike any other contractor he will contact you even months after the job completion to ensure that you are fully satisfied and everything is functioning well. Needless to say all electrical, plumbing , HVAC etc. work is done by certified professionals. Many many Thanks to Manna Renovations for completing excellent job within my budget.
