Duct, vent, and dryer cleaning
Our dryer was not drying and we had a new machine - we contacted Perfects Home Cleaning Service to come out and do a full vent/duct/dryer cleaning. The booking process was smooth and easy. The technician texted me his ETA which was helpful! The technician was quick, clean, explained what he was going to do, and when we asked him to inspect our dryer vent more thoroughly, he was happy to do so. He took photos for us and texted us a description of what he saw and what his recommendation is to fix our issue. Our dryer is working now but we know the issue can happen again in the future. My invoice was sent shortly after the technician departed which was a report card of services completed - which is great for our home records. Would hire again!
