Elite Window Cleaning

We had our windows done by Elite Window Cleaning for the first time this week. I specifically asked that they send me experienced cleaners and I was advised that this would be the case.
The two people that came we're polite and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work.
I believe that they were not trained properly, there was no pattern to how they did the work which made them forget some things. I went around double checking and had to remind them to clean the other window of the patio door and to clean the tracks. Also another Windows tracks. I don't recall them using a ladder outside to clean some of the windows that didn't open from the inside, I may have missed this though. The windows were clean when they did them for the most part. When they were done I asked them if all screens were replaced and they confirmed.
I found two screens in one of the rooms not put back in.

I have used this company for about 5 years now. They always do a fantastic job. Today, Michael and Kevin came to my house and cleaned the windows. They were courteous and professional. Good job all around.
