Louis was very quick to respond and very polite and courteous. He explained what was needed to be done and why. Did not perform any unnecessary repairs - we had a concern about the washer machine and he explained what we could do about it.
He cleaned up after himself - very tidy and good customer support - explained what kind of warranty we have on the repair.
Highly recommend him!
