I happened to meet Shem in front of my house, and I asked if he could do a job. He was finishing up his other job, so said he would look. He was able to install the new wall heaters immediately! Shem was efficient, skilled, and kind. The work area was left very clean. He will never know how much getting this job done has meant. I would highly recommend.

I am extremely happy with the work that Farzad and his team did. They came out quickly, gave a detailed description of the work they had to do, the options I had, how they recommended to do it and why they were recommending that approach. His team worked quickly and very neatly, being minimally invasive and patching up and cleaning up as they went along. We Had two chandeliers that had tk be installed and one to be dismantled.Farzad and his crew did a great job in the fraction of time that it would have taken me.

In the August heat, I needed to find out why my thermostat/AC stopped working. Farzad returned my call promptly and kindly offered some trouble shooting ideas by phone to see if I might be able to fix it quickly without his visit. His on-site services were required and, with a thorough investigation, he found the source of the problem (a tripped safety switch within the inside of my furnace). Along the way, he kept me informed and identified a few observations he had along the way. Very friendly, kind and conscientious.
