The Job - 3 day drywall job in three second-floor bedrooms......

(a) Install vapour barrier with acoustic seal on studs... followed by..............
(b) install drywall, tape, mud and sand...................

Alex was challenged to apply the acoustic seal. Sealant ended up on walls and carpet.............. Early on day 1 owner decided not to engage Alex any further after the vapour barrier misadventure. The owner paid for 1 day's work.

Thanks to Alex and his team reconstructing a room in my basement that was used as a home salon. Him and his team completed the project quick and efficiently project was also done with professionalism and left clean. My wife and I were extremely pleased with him.

Alex tackled what initially seemed like a straightforward ceiling drywall job that turned out to be much more complicated than it looked with both patience and skill. I hired Alex to tape, mud, and sand about half of my large basement. He is communicated well, worked quickly, and the result is a very high-quality finishing job.

Alex is honest and professional. He repaired holes and damages in old plaster and lathe and skimmed smooth old popcorn ceilings throughout our Old Ottawa South home.
