I hired Studio Cannon to work on my project - the rebuilding of an old extension at the back of my house and adding a second suite.
I found Renny to be very professional and easy to deal with during the planning stages of the project. He is very knowledgable about the building code and has a lot of experience in dealing with the city and obtaining permits. He was always available to answer any questions I had and made a lot of very helpful suggestions as we discussed what the finished project could look like.
