I had a small project, removal of an old wall cabinet. Screws were stripped so couldn't do it myself. Thomas was responsive, quick and reasonable. Will use him again.

100% Trust in F1 Contracting. Tom is a First Class General Contractor; highly recommended in the Burlington area. Tom designed and completely renovated my father's Penthouse condo. I oversaw the entire project as my father was out of province. Tom renovated walls, doors, flooring, electrical, lighting, finishings, all under budget. Not only did he do incredible work, but he also has incredible character. He is respectful, professional, reliable, and reassuring throughout the entire project. We felt like we were in excellent hands and we trusted him 100%. Tom and his team handled the entire project from Building permits to clean up. There were many surprise issues and costs encountered throughout the project. Each of these added scope and time to the project but Tom stayed with his original estimate. Tom truly delivered above and beyond his promise. Thank you Tom.
