Below is a message I sent to Loyalty Painters on September 5, 2022 but no reply to date. More disappointing than the issues mentioned below is that they couldn't even be bothered to respond.

Hi, hope all is well.

I am writing to bring to your attention the quality of your work. You quoted me a price and I agreed to it, you asked for more money and I gave it without hesitation, I found paint all over my trim and floors and didn't complain or write a bad review but when I found this (pictures attached) I had to reach out and ask why.

The service was professional, and they did an outstanding job. Addressed all of my concerns and did the job in a timely manner. Recommended them to all my friends and family.

Company’s team is very punctual. Very friendly and easy to speak to. Had no hesitations when it came to asking questions and or suggesting ideas. Kept it very professional. I am pleased with the work/service that they’ve done.

Loyalty Painters were so reliable and friendly. I was looking a professional painting company to do my interior walls ( living room, kitchen and bed rooms ) and also do some small handyman work in my basement and no doubt that this company is perfect for it. The price is very reasonable and they made sure that we felt comfortable with this pandemic going on while they were doing the job. I highly recommend them to all.

Honestly a bunch of hardworking guys that painted the whole house after numerous times my wife and I tried to do it ourselves but just couldn’t do it as good as loyalty painters!!

If you’re looking for professional painting, STOP LOOKING. Loyalty painters have shown me that true honest business still exists! My wife and I were all over the place with our ideas and suggestions. Until we spoke to these professionals who took into consideration everything we wanted and the final product came out PERFECT. Their attention to detail and patience is unmatched with any other company. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Great company. The owner, Trysten, was always keeping us updated. Him and his staff were punctual, organized and very friendly. I originally only wanted the bedrooms to be painted, but because of their excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff, they upsold me to paint my whole interior. Very happy I did! Would recommend Loyalty Painters to my friends and family.

These guys were very professional and did an amazing job on my condo. Can’t say anything bad about them. Trysten was very helpful and assisted all my worry’s. Will use them in the future! 5/5
