Aventus Landscaping

I am writing to share my recent experience with Aventus Landscaping. I hired them to replace my driveway, build new stone retaining walls and curbs and install posts for a fence. It is the last large project of a large renovation for the property. My experience with a number of trades has not been great and I can happily say Aventus restored my faith. I met with Amir numerous times to discuss the project before coming to a final decision on the design and price. He was very helpful in suggesting different options to address the project challenges. Most of all his patience was especially appreciated. He made sure I was comfortable with the proposed solutions and price.

I found their pricing to be competitive with other highly ranked landscape companies.

The work started within the range of the time promised and once they came on site they did not leave until they were 100% complete. They worked weekends and even a holiday to stay on schedule, something I had not experience with other trades.

Once the job started, the communication and project management were excellent. Amir set up a chat group that included Saad, who leads operations on site. They executed the work based on drawings and the contract. In cases where unknown site conditions were discovered which impacted the agreed upon design, Saad always reached out to discuss the issue. He presented solutions that were often even better than the proposed approach. In my case, we encountered large roots of a nearby tree which impacted the planned retaining wall. Saad knew I did not want to harm the tree and came up with a solution that kept the roots in place but allowed for a curbing system instead, which retained the soil and provided a stop for the pavers. It was also a less expensive approach. Amir and I then agreed to a fair credit for the reduced scope. Aventus were always very fair this way.

The site was kept neat, tidy and safe. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. Saads team were always polite and respectful.

In the end the project was completed on time and the workmanship is excellent. Saad and his teams attention to detail is unbelievable. The fit of the stonework is extremely good and the fence posts that were installed are dead accurate.
