Jack and Mike did a terrific job cutting down my tree and cleaning up the debris. He came right away to assess the situation. There were several huge cracks in the tree and there was a chance the tree branches were going to break and damage at least 3 properties and possibly hurt people so Jack gave me an very reasonable quote, got an emergency permit and got to work. The weather alternated between sunny, humid and hot and rainy and wet but that didn't stop uncomplaining Jack.

Jack was great to work with and would definitely recommend him and his crew for tree work. Friendly, responsive, and competitive pricing.

He trimmed our big Manitoba maple that had severely overgrown into our neighbors yard. The tree looks great now and the yard was totally spotless when he completed the job.

They consulted and recommended what needed to be done and listened to what i hoped to accomplish with our trees. I needed a large Maple tree trimmed back because it was hanging over the roof and was taking a lot of the sunshine away from our backyard. I contacted a few tree companies and chose Jack because he sounded professional and easy going. Even better, he was a small company and his pricing was fair. Once he was here I asked about a Cedar tree that also needed a trim. Rather than making a second visit, he stayed late and trimmed it as well. I am very pleased with his work. He knows so much about trees and absolutely loves working with them. The way he made his way up the trees was actually quite amazing (after I got over the initial fear of him falling). His work was so great, I recommended him on our Community Facebook Page that day. And yes, his work is a definite 10!

I hired Jack to help trim a number of trees in our yard. It was a big job. Jack, and his colleague Mike, came on a Tuesday but the wind conditions made it dangerous. They came back the following Saturday and took care of the whole thing. Their work was fantastic, and Jack's systems were efficient and easy to use. I was really happy with the experience.

Jack and his crew did an amazing tree trim for me. Quote and service were timely and precise. Explained that I needed trimming on the Norway maple to be able to get more sun in the garden. He was very good and considerate on what my needs were and went to work. Clean up was good and checked with me to see if I was happy with the job and that we accomplished what the objectives were. Everything was great.
Clean up was done and now I was able to get more sun in my garden. Would not hesitate to recommend Jack for any job.

Jack of all Trees’ customer service was great. They responded in a timely manner to our inquiry, provided some good insight in regards to the health of our trees and trimmed and cleaned up very quickly for a reasonable cost. The neighbourhood kids loved watching Jack climb the trees. Will definitely be using Jack of all Trees again in the future.

I wanted some trees removed from the front of my house, and a bush from the back of the house. I posted a request on HomeStars. I was surprised to receive a response from Jack within five minutes of posting. We arranged to meet the following day where he thoroughly explained what the job would entail and gave me a ball park estimate. He confirmed that estimate by email that night and we set a date for the work to be completed five days later. Jack and his crew showed up early, completed the job quickly, and even agreed to do some more work that I suggested might be a future job. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Jack and his crew. Ten stars do not do them justice.
