JMR contacting handled the gut-job reno of the first and second floors of our century-old home. They did an incredible job. They smoothly navigated several curve-balls that our homes threw at them, including structural issues, HVAC and electrical issues, not to mention the pandemic that struck half way through the project. Julian was on-site regularly and carefully supervised his sub-contractors. They also did the work for a very competitive price. We are delighted with the end result and are very much enjoying our new home.

JMR Contracting renovated our kitchen and bathroom. I could not be happier with their service and the finished results. Julian is extremely reliable, conscientious and worked to the budget. He is talented at spatial awareness which is important in a East End semi-detached. He was able to tell us how to make both rooms look larger and how to get value for money while also having great finishes. In the current climate he strongly adheres to Covid guidelines. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Our kitchen had many structural problems. Mr Mendez was able to rectify the problems. He helped the Ikea kitchen designers to give me what I needed and could afford. He installed the kitchen himself.
He is a great designer. Mr. Mendez is always available if he is needed.

JMR contracting managed an upgrade to our dated home that included renovating the bathroom, kitchen, flooring, etc. The work was high-quality and good value.
