Etham was responsive throughout the process and came when he said he would to complete the job with his crew. His crew is clean, courteous and professional. Before contacting Window View, I was stuck in an unfortunate situation... My previous general contractor had purchased a door and windows, then abandoned me part way through a large renovation. It turned out the products that were purchased months prior weren't properly measured, and the door swung the wrong way!

Being on a tight budget and timeline (expecting a baby in a few weeks) we needed the job done quickly while using as much of the purchased materials as possible.

Ethem swooped in and saved the day with a great price and timeline! He even assisted me in returning/exchanging the door for one with the proper configuration!

Being in a 100+ year old home, we ran into a few unexpected challenges, but Window View solved them smoothly within the quote and scheduled time. even helped (attempt to) return the door and pick up a new one.
