KRC Roofing

The roof vents had blown off recently although I was not aware of that. I noticed a little water stain on the hallway ceiling which prompted the call. He came the next day found the problem, fixed both vents, inspected the roof and repaired some shingles.
Very happy with Keith and the quick and friendly service he provided, will definitely recommend KRC to friends and family.

Keith came and gave me an estimate on painting my tile roof back in June. He was very professional and prompt.
The quote he gave me was very reasonable.
When the job had started, he always kept me up to date on the progress of the work. Any questions I had, he always got back to me in a timely manner. When the job was done, I noticed that there were a few tiles that didn't have enough paint. I let Keith know and he was there the next day to retouch the tiles. The job was excellent and I would definitely use him again and refer him to my family and friends. Ozzie the helper, is so friendly and well behaved.

Recommended to me by another roofer. Keith was Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly & charge reasonable costs. He provided a temp fix to get the roof over the winter & follow up with a cost effective renewal option to be completed on the next spring. Owners of old roofing should keep his contact on hand.

My tile roof was getting old and the glaze was gone. Moss and lichen easily grew on the unprotected tile surface. I called Kieth and he quoted me a price and stuck to it. KRC pressure washed the tiles and did a great job protecting the neighbour’s house from any dirt. KRC repaired, painted and sealed the roofing tiles. Rain water beads off now, instead of soaking in. KRC did a great job and I’m very satisfied with the results. My house looks new again. Thanks Kieth

Excellent repair work to my EPDM rubber membrane gutters, spent sufficient time to perform the repairs correctly and charged a very reasonable and fair rate, provided pictures of completed work which otherwise i would not be able to see.
