Vitaly was the repair tech who came to my home. He was right on time and honoured all covid safety protocols. Within 15 minutes of trouble shooting he gave me a quote and explained to me why parts are so difficult to source at this time. He offered me several solutions and even educated me on certain brands. I was very pleased with him and would recommend him to anyone.

Vitaly did a great job of explaining the issue with our fridge and guiding us to the best and most affordable option to fix it. Really appreciate his knowledge and advice. Thank you Vitaly!

Vitalyi showed up on time and quickly diagnosed what could be wrong with our ice maker. If he had left without fixing anything, we would have had to pay the call fee regardless. So we asked him to look at the cooktop which had a burner that was not functioning. He confirmed that the burner was dead and had to be replaced. And so he applied the service call fee against this repair instead. He said part would come in a couple of days, which it did, and he showed up again as promised and fixed it.

Vitalyi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with any appliance issues.

We would definitely recommend GNA. Vitaly was our technician and he was very straight forward. He recommended that our repair would not be worth it since the cost would be almost the same as buying a new refrigerator. Excellent QUICK and professional!!! Looked up number from internet..called ask for Saturday appointment .. and Shakef the technician came out Saturday prompt at 8am. Quickly assessed and even though thought parts would be on back order on Monday called to say found parts and Tuesday my stove was up and running!! Now that is the reason I am writing this review! So pleased! And the guy was so nice! So appreciative!

We had just moved into a new home and found out that there was a problem with the refrigerator. We called GNA appliances and the next day a specialist, named Vitaly, arrived to look at the refrigerator. He was very pleasant, quick, considerate, and through. Any time in the future, if we have a problem, we will call GNA Appliances and request Vitaly.
