Vitalyi showed up on time and quickly diagnosed what could be wrong with our ice maker. If he had left without fixing anything, we would have had to pay the call fee regardless. So we asked him to look at the cooktop which had a burner that was not functioning. He confirmed that the burner was dead and had to be replaced. And so he applied the service call fee against this repair instead. He said part would come in a couple of days, which it did, and he showed up again as promised and fixed it. Vitalyi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with any appliance issues.
