Our Whirlpool Clothes Dryer started making a screeching sound which would not stop. The drum and heat was still working. I called Green Star Appliances and Alex was sent to investigate and provide a quote for the work.
We ended up requiring a new Idler Pulley and 3 new rollers plus labor
Alex was very quick to diagnose the problem and completed replacement of parts in a timely manner.
Very Pleased with the service.
