Polaron was a great company to deal with. They provided a thorough information pamphlet tailored to our install just after our initial conversation.

The install takes time (start to finish about 12 months for us during Covid), but they did everything in that time. We just had to sit back and wait.

They said I wouldn't break even until year 4 with my panels. That was the only thing they got wrong. We broke even in year 1.

Currently trying to figure out the best way to build on to the house so I can get more roof space, and expand my solar install with Polaron.

Reached out to Polaron to get a quote and the rest is history. They helped us make it happen and did a fantastic job. We are really enjoying our low energy bills.

We have had our solar installed by Polaron for just over a year and the savings so far have been better than expected. The installation process was exactly as was stated in the contract and was completed on time. I highly recommend this company. Attached is a copy of our latest bill showing the savings.

Polaron was one of the first companies I reached out to.
They provided a very nice proposal with lots of valid and helpful information.
The install was OK, but there was a language barrier with the installers and I couldn't ask them questions.
I would have liked my panels slightly higher on my roof.
Panels look good, I like the all black.

We are very pleased with our solar panel system.The installation was done professionally and the staff were very helpful always there to assist.

I recommend them cause they were cheap. Well you get what you pay for. Ive been waiting a year for my panels to be installed. They finally showed up 2 weeks ago but brought the wrong hardware. Told me they would come back when the weather is nice. I said well its November so see you in the spring? He laughed and said no it will be done this year. Today I received a email saying just that that they would wait till next year to do the install. Ive been waiting for them to install so I can have my post energy audit done for the solar and my heat pump. They lack of regard for doing a job in a timely manner is very apparent. They are prompt with useless replys that give no idea when the install will happen. I asked for a phone call because this is horrible and they wont even do that. Choose wisely who you have do your install. Sometimes you really do get what you paid for. But maybe Im wrong. Maybe its supposed to take a couple years for panels to be installed. I mean no other companies take that long but they sure dont mind. Always great to get the run around for work to get done.

Great service! Very efficient on installation! Very happy with the process from start to finish. Definitely recommend!
