I selected Polaron after reviewing quotes from couple of Vendors and their price were pretty good. The process was smooth from the start. The process was long but after installation, all processes went fast.They took care of all the permits and helped in CGHL I have already recommended to my neighbours and Friends.

Polaron did a great job. Very organized and completely on time with everything. I would highly recommend them to install your solar panels.

Poor customer service throughout the process
Took forever to respond to emails and phone calls
Installers made a mess in my home during the install
Installation took more than 16 months start to finish
Once project was complete I still havent been connected to the power grid, thus I am paying 20$k for a service that doesnt even work!

Polaron installed a solar system on our home this summer. It works great and my power usage is 100% offset by the system.
I have banked power credits (kWh) as you can see from my bill.
The only charge is a payment for heat pumps and the monthly connection charge.
A satisfied customer .

Polaron walked with me through every step of the process of installing solar panels on my house. It took nearly a year from first contact till solar was connected to the grid. My electrical panel needed upgrading to handle the installation. They did the work so I didnt have to find an independent electrician. They dealt with Nova Scotia Power, they provided all the info I needed to qualify for federal and provincial rebates. And best of all, my power bill went from $250 every two months to $30. I get to monitor my solar generation and since installation a year ago everything has worked perfectly.
