Canadian Appliance Source

We recently purchased an under cabinet microwave from Canadian Appliance Source and reviewed all the manufacturer specs for install etc. As it was the same width and going into the same space as our previous 3 there appeared to be no issue. Picked it up, eventually installed only to find the door wouldnt fully open. While we had the 30 of install space, apparently you need 32 of functional space to open the door. Went back and reviewed all literature from manufacturer site etc and no mention of this anywhere. How can you spec a unit without putting in all dimensions required? An oversight. Contacted CAS explaining we would never have purchased this unit had we known of this requirement but would have bought the one we originally went in for. While aware of their final sale policy, surely circumstance would allow for independent review of our scenario. We were expecting to be able to exchange for the original unit with CAS contacting the mftr for support or credit as it was their omission that led to this issue. Nope. Sorry. The unsigned After Sales Team, the highest level of support you can get comes back with a form letter of Policy says final sale Nothing about our circumstance and let us see what we can do with mftr to support you. No options whatsoever. Customer service served only as a link to the aforementioned After Sales team so 0 help there. Avoid this group if at all possible. They do nothing to assist you and are a one and done company. They had a chance to support a customer, hold a mftr accountable and grow a fan base and to promote their goodwill and service they offer with further sales down the road but instead sit on policy without any consideration of circumstance. Will never go back.

Ordered a new washing machine and had it delivered the next day. Thank you for the fast friendly service as my machine suddenly quit. So happy they can have some thing here so fast.

Awful customer service , inefficient support staff, not able to help or resolve the issue. Feeling that we are completely being ignored, even when going back to the store and trying to resolve the issue the sales representative was useless and rude was sitting and playing with his phone while we are aggravated from the situation. if that's not disrespectful what is? What an incompetent rep. And submitting a form online when you have an issue rather than trying to resolve the problem in the store with an actual person to me is ridiculous. The worst experience I have ever had Never dealing with CAS ever again! Wish I would read the reviews prior to buying ! if you are looking to purchase appliance save yourself the aggravation go elsewhere

Bought Dishwasher, picked it up to avoid the delivery fee, was told if there is a problem in first 48 to return. DW had manufacture defect (another story) - slow hidden leak noticed on install.
Notified CAS, advised to go to manufacture, requires service call, requires return authorization, 30 days later get replacement. Upon unpacking replacement, it appears refurbished and tested with water still in dishwasher. CAS notified and redirects back to manufacture as they only sell new - Apparently not. They are reluctant to go to manufacture on purchasers behalf, playing the numbers game.
Lessons learned - use CAS showroom for viewing only.

it was a little weird chatting with a sales person online - felt a little off. In the end it worked out great. got my products i was after at a slightly better deal than if i had just purchased through the site with checking out.

Delivery was wonderful. Scheduled for 3-7pm, i was given up to date ETAs throughout the day. delivery was on time, clean, quick and super friendly!

It has been a really long time since i have had such a good sales experience. kudos team at CAS!

I was looking for Samsung lanudry pair small size IN STOCK and the first call I made was to Nick Benson at Oakville Canadian Appliance Source. He had them available and processed the order in a very quick, efficient, professional and friendly manner, saving me from making numerous calls to try to hunt down the in stock items and not have to order and wait 6 months. This went so smooth I called him right back and ordered a small size gas range to add to the order. I received delivery 3 days later from great delivery guys. I am very happy and will call Nick again soon as I'm in the market for more appliances. I highly recommend this location and Nick. Thank you very much

So impressed with CAS. I recently had a really bad experience with a local appliance store, so opted to purchase from CAS. The whole experience has been excellent. I was so impressed with the installation. Oliver went out of his way to work within my laundry room to set up the washer and dryer for easier use. Something I had asked for multiple times from other companies, all who said it was not possible. Oliver made the switch on his own accord, without my asking. So happy with the whole experience and I won't need to shop for appliances anywhere else.
