Kevin arrived early and texted me 5 minutes before our scheduled time.
In the first 10-minutes he outlined the full inspection process and what we should expect by the end. Throughout the inspection he pointed out various issues with our home, the possible causes and what can and should be done. He followed up with a longer more detailed report about everything that was discussed during the inspection and much more.
The appointment took about 2.5-3 hours to complete but at no time did I feel he rushed though any steps. Well definitely be hiring Kevin the next time we need a quality home inspector.
