Stay away. We hired Chris and Lam to renovate our dated bathroom. Initially we had no issues but after just over a year it was clear our shower floor was not installed properly (grout cracking, tiles shifting, water between tiles). After numerous attempts to contact them they ghosted us.
We have had two new contractors come in who have both remarked on the poor craftsmanship. We are now looking at spending another 8-10k to fix our brand new shower.
