Jayden cruise roofing

We contract with jaden and contractor named Wilson was doing our roof 2019. They supposed to replaced all of my vents when they doing my new roof, apparently, Wilson left 2 of my old vent left and we had so much of leaking problems because of that. He came and put the caulking around the old vents and asked us to pay 350 for that, even though we are still under warranty and blamed next doors roof guy did the damaged to our roof when they did their roof since we live in semi detached house. Constantly ignoring our calls and said all wrong excuses. We hired other contractor to go in the attic and found problems around the vents, he refused to fixing the problems but blaming other people except himself. We are going to report better business bureau and other things to report his wrong doings and Jaden too. Because Jaden is not doing anything with his contractors behavior and wrong doing and keep on doing his businesses.
I think this is really bad and unprofessional.

Hired them for my roof replacement. Had a water leak 2 weeks after as soon as it snowed. Told them on the day of the service there is a patch missing. They said don’t worry sun will fix it lol. Called on the day of water leak. The guy says sorry it’s too cold. Showed up 3 days later. surely enough, Water already cause some damage. He said he fixed it. Nope, I have a poo of water on my attic and mold. When called, no one accepted responsibility. Not their fault I have water on my ceiling. Take me to court he says. Good luck if you want to be the next victim. Wow. Soooo unprofessional

I ENGAGED THE SERVICES OF JAYDEN TO DO MY ROOF IN THE LAST QUARTER OF 2020. ROOFING WAS DONE WELL.
WHILE REPLACING THE ROOF SOME DAMAGE WAS DONE ON THE BACK SIDE PORTION OF THE ROOF WHICH WAS NOT NOTICED.
WHEN THE OLD ROOF WAS THERE ALL WAS IN TACT. WHEN THE NEW ROOF WAS REPLACED BY HIS PEOPLE THE GUTTER GOT HIT AND WAS BENT. I DID NOT NOTICE IT TILL THE TIME IT STARTED RAINING.
WHEN RAIN BEGAN THE WATER WAS POURING RIGHT FROM THE TOP DIRCETLY DOWN TO WHERE MY A/C IS. AS A RESULT THE A/C WAS GETTING
DAMAGED.
I MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO WILSON, HE CAME AND SAW AND SAID IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT AS HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. WHEN THE OLD ROOD WAS THERE THERE WAS NO LEAKGE OF WATER ON THE A/C. WHEN THE NEW ROOF WAS DONE THE PROBLEM STATRTED.
NOW HE DOES NOT ANSWER MY PHONE THOUGH HE CLAIMS THAT HE HAS A WARRANTY OF 10 YEARS. HAVING DAMAGED THE PART HE DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTIY AND I AM TRYING TO FIX THIS ISSUE.
ANY ONE ENGAGING HIS SERVICES, I WOULD LIKE TO CAUTION YOU ALL BEFORE HANDS AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE HIS EXPERTISE TO DO THE ROOF. YOU ALL WILL END UP SPENDING MORE AND ITS NOT WORTH.
HE IS A SWEET TALKER BUT WHEN IT COMES TO AFTER SALES SERVICE HE DOES NOT SHOW UP THOUGH HE SIGNS THE WARRANTY PAPERS.
I ALSO PAID HIM UP FRONT TO DO THE ROOF, AND NOW HE DOES NOT WANT TO FIX THE ISSUE BECAUSE OF WHAT EVER REASON.
I URGE YOU ALL NOT TO GET INTO SERVICE FROM HIM.
