I recently had my washroom remodeled by Onestop Reno, and the experience was absolutely seamless. The quality of work was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed by their punctuality and dedication to staying on schedule. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process, ensuring I was always in the loop. Not only was their service impeccable, but the cost was also very affordable. I can confidently give them a 10/10 rating and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of home renovations.

We heard about the great customer service the company provided to a neighbour. After reviewing the company online on many platforms, seeing their work & having a joyful consultation which was invaluable.

The team answered all my questions & shared many ideas I had not considered. After much consideration we decided got a new kitchen with ONERENOSTOP.

Every step of working with Rich was unenjoyable. Once a deposit was received he did not care for my opinion. Every alteration to the design plan was insulted and made difficult. One comment was that paint colour looks like hospital walls when asked to use anything but the colour they wanted. Every step of the process was unorganized and unprofessional, asking me to choose each step 1-2 days before limiting my selection based on what was instock.
Over a horrible experience and I would never choose this company for any kind of renovation.

After corresponding with HomeStar, they recommended that we share our experience with other potential customers. In September 2020, in good faith we gave this company a deposit ($6,000) for a job that did not move forward due to other circumstances. Almost immediately after sending the deposit we notified the owner that the job was not moving forward. The deposit was not returned in full even though we were promised it would be time and time again. We were told again around the end of November 2022 that we would be paid in full. We forgave over $1,600 of the debt owing to us. We have only received 2 partial payments back. The outstanding amount is close to $3,000. I offered on several occasions to have him pay small amounts back so the debt would be eventually cleared. Nothing. His attitude is very poor - indicated at some point that the debt should be forgiven.
Although I believe the quality of their work is favourable, their business practices are corrupt. This experience has tarnished any hope of us recommending this business to anyone else.

As a realtor in Toronto, we look for solid individuals to work alongside. The Onerenostop team impressed us, they listened to our needs, gave a estimate fast - quick, showed up on time & made it an easy choice to work together.

Richard and Bak did such an amazing job they are both perfectionists and make sure everything is done up to high standards. I couldn't be happier I finally have the bathroom I've always wanted.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new bathroom. Bac and Rich were very efficient, clean up was spot-on, and their workmanship was superb. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for complete satisfaction in having any work done. Great job guys!

hesitant and unsure which direction to go. When I met with Rich he took the time to share material selections involving us in discussing possible avenues making the process very enjoyable for my family. I would highly recommend him and his team, these guys are 5 STARS!!!

Didnt think I was going to enjoy the experience but I really did. The whole team was very efficient and pleasant.

Rich and Bak are great to work with. One is the designer/salesperson and the other appears to be the Jack of All Trades. There was excellent communications throughout both the planning and construction faze. The job was completed on budget, on time, and upgrades were permitted in partnership with homeowner agreement on things such as tile and fixture choices. Attention to detail was a standout feature of the workmanship.
