Over the years I have dealt with many contractors but this is the first time I felt a need to write a negative review. Unfortunately, after dealing with Peter from PS Seal-All, I felt compelled to warn other consumers about his poor workmanship and lack of professionalism. To begin with, he convinced me that his work was professional so I agreed to pay him 35% more than the average quote I got from similar vendors. Instead of getting professional workmanship, my job was dull and patchy. He used the wrong sealer on my flagstone and used significantly less sealer on my interlock than the sealer manufacturer specifications recommended for my job. After notifying him about the issues, he promised to come the following spring to apply another coat of sealer. After three missed appointments without notification or a good explanation, he just disappeared never to be heard from again. I feel that no consumer should have to put up with this type of contractor. I implore anyone who reads this DO NOT USE PS-Seal All. Based on my experience, Peter is dishonest and unreliable and we as consumers should protect ourselves against guys like this who take advantage of us. Instead, we should support contractors with integrity.
