We were having outlet issues at my condo. Paul called me after a day of posting my request and was very nice. He tried to assist us by describing what we could test out first. We were already unsuccessful with fixing the issues so we asked Paul to go to our condo. He was able to go the next day which was very appreciated, and fix everything within an hour. Paul from New Phase Electrical Services connected with me ahead of time on HomeStars where I described my problem (no electricity to an outlet), we discussed the cost, and when he got here he was able to solve the problem, walk me through what he was working on, and fix the issue with no hidden costs. I've had contractors previously try to charge me additional fees, not Paul!

Paul and his assistant came right on time and did an excellent job. They are polite, respectful and most importantly very professional. They quickly did some testing and wasted no time on finding the problem. Then they proceeded by explaining very throughly what the problem was and how they were going to fix it, which again they got right to it and the problem was no longer. Paul was very professional from the get go and provided with a full quote in writing when most contractor just say a number verbally. He went above and beyond for the repair. As a property manager he will be my first call next time I need an electrician !

We needed an over the range microwave installed as part of our kitchen upgrade renovations. We previously had a microwave box in a cabinet. We consulted with several electricians about having this work done and Paul was the only one who informed us of the proper way to do this by extending the circuit from the microwave box outlet to create a new outlet for our over the range microwave (as opposed to just using the circuit from the previous range hood). Paul came in to do this and also install our over the range microwave and it was a pleasure working with Paul. His work was excellent. We will definitely be contacting Paul for any future electrical needs.
