With all due respect, as much as we appreciate every review that comes in we understand that sometimes people feel a certain way while dealing with companies in the service industry. As you can see, from all previous reviews (10/10)we service a high number of clients that are clearly extremely satisfied with the work we have and will continue to provide as every client in which has left a review (10/10) are returning clients on an annual basis. It seems strange that we have all positive reviews and you seem to be the only one that has had a “bad experience”. We pride ourselves on customer service and keeping our strong name. We have not received any formal complaints from either Mike or Rosa Reinstein other than these reviews. If you had any issues with what we have serviced on your property and you were to let us know we would have rectified it immediately!
Regarding the 13x visits… These visits were contracted at the beginning of the season for the FRONT ONLY! 3/4 into the season you requested us to do additinal work in your backyard for trimming of numerous plant material, weed pulling and weed spray. At that point we advised you that would not be a problem and we would take the cost out of the 13x visits contracted at the beginning of the season(for the front). When it came to remaining visits for the front we let you know that there is no more money allocated to your account to come back because you used it for the work provided in the backyard. If you need further clarification please contact us any time.
