The project was very neatly done. Marco gave great suggestions on the layout of the basement, staircase was reoriented, I am very happy with the outcome.

One of the most important things to me was a contractor who was trustworthy with money and he was. Markridge has a very well laid out contract that protects both client and customer and a fair payment schedule as things progress.

The workers were all professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Sometimes scheduling of subcontractors didn't play out as well and caused some delay, but overall organisation's was good and Marko kept me informed of everything that was happening.
