Expired or Invalid Plumbing Licence
We used Jonathan to install a backwater valve where Jonathan was aware that we would be submitting the invoice to the city in order to receive the $1000 government rebate.
At time of completion Jonathan provided his licence number and when entering online, I received a note saying it was invalid. When I asked him to confirm the number he shared that it was up for renewal and would let me know when I can re-apply with a valid contracting number. I have followed up several times by phone and text and have received no response where up receiving payment he was very responsive.
Please be aware that this company is likely performing work while misleading customers about their licence status.
