Before starting a job, all of our customers know exactly what they are paying upfront with no hidden fee to them. The only way our service would go up is if the homeowner wanted an additional service done or if the vent count from the initial phone conversation/phone estimate was way off. We try to give over the phone estimates based on your knowledge of how many vents you have in your home.
