When I made the request with questions, Mathew gave me all the answers with the clear explanation as well as the cost (no hidden cost at all). On the day he came on time and explained the who procedure again to us and started to work. He did everywhere and also showed us 2 big places on the wall that we did not even know it should be cleaned as well. We are very satisfied with his work. He showed us the before and after video comparison. At the end, he also recommended what type of air filter we could use and how often we should change it, to keep the cost low but with the good maintenance in the house...
