I normally never write a bad review for people's business, However, these people waste my eight months' time, and I have to start my work from the start. A very bad company. They have no clue what they are doing. They talk to you very nicely before you make a payment saying they have done so many projects which they only have pictures to show. They brought someone to do permit drawing, and that person just talked. I end up spending time doing more research. Even he was misleading us from the city comments. PLEASE, PLEASE, PEOPLE, beware of these guys. I am not sure about their renovation and other work, But DONT GO with these guys to get a permit or permit drawing. 
 When we start a project, I asked her if we need a detailed land survey, and She said NO. However, I went I get Survey Because one of my other friends said you need a Survey and Survey take time, so please arrange that. Later, she came with a different person and told us that she would ask Survey even If she renovates the basement for sure we need a Survey. OMG, I can't believe these people are doing business like this and treating people.   
Please, guys, do yourself a favour and NOT ever go with this company Falesha homes. Very unprofessional people.

Falesha Homes was a blessing. Very professional and very polite. My hardwood floors look marvellous, tiling is perfect, they also installed my beautiful Japanese soaking tub and custom built shower in no time at all. Falesha Homes are the easiest builders I’ve ever worked with. I have and will recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home.

The Falesha Homes team took care of every aspect of our project from start to finish. They were patient and courteous in explaining our options and worked within our budget to give us a beautiful new kitchen and upgrades throughout our condo. Renovations can be stressful but the whole team went above an beyond to help us through the process. My favourite part was picking out the finishes and really seeing the vision come together. They were amazing in coordinating with our condo management as well. I would highly recommend the whole crew for your next project.

My bad that I trusted them with my projects in my house . Asked them to renovate my washroom . The shower stopped working in less them 4 months time, there is no water in the shower head which stops on its own and starts coming back in few days on its own . When I called them to address this problem they said it is not there doing and that. The plumbing was all done new by this company there was no pre existing plumbing in the
shower area this was all newly done by this company . There was water
leak in the tub area . They don’t have the courtesy to return your calls and they don’t want to fix the problem . Beware of this company
Please guys do your self a favour and NOT ever go with this company Falesha homes . Very unprofessional people .
